The Coasteering activity takes place along an exciting route along the cliffs of Montgó,Montgrí Natural Park, always accompanied by a qualified guide,

It is an action-packed activity that combines two incredible elements such as the sea and the land, including several jumps into the water from cliffs of 3 to 9 metres (always optional), swimming sections, an exciting abseiling and a funny zip line.

We begin by practising in an area with jumps of different heights that will increase your safety and confidence.

Once finished, we start the tour moving along the cliffs, where the guide will control the equipment at all times so that you only have to enjoy the experience to the maximum.

What is water trekking? Water trekking could be considered a variant of canyoning that has hiking as a common thread and revolves around discovery.

The activity takes place in theNatural Park of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa. This is the most surprising volcanic landscape on the Iberian Peninsula.

We will go down the river bed walking, swimming, jumping from 1 to 8 metres (always optional) and making fun natural slides.
